Maesha is a first-generation student currently attaining her Bachelor’s degree at Barnard College of Columbia University in Economics and Political Science. At the age of 17, she founded The Link Scholars, a nonprofit organization that facilitates the transition from middle school to high school for under-resourced students in New York City. Within the last two summers, Maesha completed management consulting internships where she has developed a distinctive ability to identify organization-specific obstacles, develop innovative solutions through metric-driven analysis, budget and fund raise for quarterly expenses, and deliver persuasive presentations.

At EY, she has aided in the early stages of an EY green initiative to reduce carbon footprint by 12% alongside the operations team and has worked on a Project Management engagement team for a FTSE 100 multinational spinoff.

Maesha is a results oriented young professional with a track record of driving change in nonprofit work and consulting. She hopes to leverage her skill sets to drive growth, make invaluable connections, and add value in the Startup ecosystem!
