University of California: Berkeley, Psychology, Class of '23
Kate is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Public Policy. She is a member of the Disability Lab in the Undergraduate Research Apprentice Program where she is working to create an embodied navigation app that maps UC Berkeley's campus for people with disabilities. Recently, Kate's team secured funding from UC Berkeley and a partnership with Uber to expedite productions. Kate is also a marketing ambassador for Quokka Brew, the first jitter-less coffee company on the market started by UC Berkeley students. As an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, Kate serves on several philanthropic committees supporting the surrounding communities. Kate's goal is to bring her strong work ethic and creativity to help an entrepreneur actualize their mission.
