Hannah is a Mechanical Engineering major. On Campus, she is a member of the student advisory board for both the honors college as well as the honors foundations of entrepreneurship and innovation program. Hannah was also one of 4 founders and the CEO of Safety with Style, The Macelet. With this company, she developed a business plan, CAD model of a pepper spray bracelet, created a five-year financial plan, and presented a four-minute shark tank type pitch presention. Hannah is also a member of Pi Tau Sigma, the Mechanical Engineering Honor Society and she is diversity and inclusion chair for Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority. This past summer, Hannah was a Quality Engineer Intern at Appian. During this internship, she managed and resolved testing issues, reviewed documentation, analyzed implementation, and identified solutions to resolve performance issues. She also prepared daily reports for product managers and developed slideshow presentations to highlight work. In her free time, Hannah enjoys listening to music, creating art, and watching UMD basketball. Through Apprentice, Hannah hopes to improve her professional development and gain insight into entrepreneurial businesses
