Erika Smith is a passionate and hardworking individual who aims to make an impact and defy expectations. She is a student at Harvard University studying Social Studies (Economics, Government, and Philosophy) with a secondary field in Statistics and a language citation in French. She prides herself in her involvement in her community on campus. She holds leadership positions as Inclusivity Chair for the Association of Harvard Black Women and as Career Development Director for one of the largest organizations on campus, Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business.
